 Nacho Review

Diablos at the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas has pretty darn good nachos.   The nachos are large enough to share with at least 3 people.  They have changed some over the years but this is what they looked like in Fall of 2016.

They came on baking sheet loaded with chips, melted cheese, beans and huge scoops of salsa and guacamole and finally drizzled with sour cream.  The chips are thin and crispy.   These nachos obviously made an impression on me because I could find photos of them on my phone from 2 different trips. The top picture is from September 2016 when I went there with my husband and the bottom picture is from February 2017 when I visited with my friend Jodi.

I would give these nachos a rating of 9.  If you like nachos, definitely give these a try next time you are in Las Vegas!
